Cue arrived in great time and wrapped perfectly to ensure there would be no damage in transit. I had a very minor issue with one of my products which Cricket-Hocket rectified immediately. A very happy customer. Will definitely buy from them again

5 Stars!. I was hesitant dealing with a company unknown to me way over in the UK. I was pleasantly please with communication with Jamie. I bought a Peradon cue and hard case. The items were delivered via DHL within 5 days of being shipped. Shipping tracking /updating was done thru emails and I always knew where the items were. It seems that the slowest leg of the journey was thru US customs BTW, there is no duty on orders under (US$800.00), I am told. Will surely deal with Cricket-Hockey again. Thanks.
