I was given false / misleading information about shipping from the automated WhatsApp’s chat.
The response from customers services couldn’t care less.

The website promises delivery within 2–3 days, for which a significant fee is charged. However, three weeks have now passed and we still haven’t received the order. Despite this, customer service kept us waiting with repeated promises that the birthday gift would be delivered any moment. In the end, we cancelled the order. We are very disappointed!!!!

The company issued a Royal Mail tracking number but did not have the product in stock

I ordered the 36.5 inches long stick. They send me 36.5 inches long but shorter handle. Because they cut it from 39 inches long to 36.5 but not proper balance because handle become short so can't dribble properly

I have emailed the company twice about having a refund as the shoes have only been worn twice but haven’t had a response

Tried whatsapping. No one returned message

Bought whites and two cricket bats. One bay came In very poor condition and the company tried saying we used it!! Refused to refund and very poor customer service. Avoid at all costs. Useless and sell inferior products. Then rob the customer . Have reported to trading standards

I ordered slim fit trousers and a long sleeve shirt, and paid express 48 delivery because I wanted these for my son\'s first ever cricket practice at school. A week later and I hadn\'t received anything, so had to chase up the order, only to find that nothing had yet been despatched. When I finally received the order, I ended up with a short rather than long sleeve shirt, and normal fit trousers rather than slim fit. I therefore had to make contact again, and was asked to send the goods back. The correct items were to be sent out to me. I finally received the long sleeve shirt... but once again was sent the same normal fit trousers, instead of the slim fit I really wanted! I gave up at this point, so my son is now having to put up with extremely baggy trousers...

Still haven’t received stick was supposed to come September 23rd!!

I emailed when I noticed the confusion (Saturday) to ask to cancel the order. My email was sent before the items were dispatched but they were sent anyway.

I paid for next day delivery on Thursday before 2pm but the bag still arrived on Monday not Friday as promised ?
