First time I purchase snooker cue they send wrong weight. Second time purchase extension they send wrong product. Complicate process to return. They do not pack any protection for shipping, not even bubble wrap to protect the product.

As above asking the same question twice for a better sound bite . Then.marketing pops up. Very disappointed with this

paid extra for next day delivery (Friday to be delivered Saturday). Unfortunately they could not find one of the items, however nobody got in contact to let me know this. I emailed after several days and they offered me a different item, which when it arrived, was too small, and had black marks on it and loose threads. I did not bother paying to send the item back so it is just sitting here unusable. A shame really because I have only ever had wonderful things to say about Cricket-Hockey. I will continue to shop with them in future, but may rely on the 2 hour round trip to the shop rather than ordering online.

Rather than contact or cancel order sent wrong product knowing the item bought was out of stock

Have not received my order and I wanted it for my daughter for Christmas

Pod to make sure it arrives before Christmas as a present for my daughter, but didn’t arrive until after Christmas.

Not happy how I was cheated out of free delivery.

Item received on time. Emailed customer services 3 times to try to sort out a problem with the order, but as yet still have not received any reply. Very poor after sales customer service

Only the rucksack and socks came in the delivery and not the rest that I ordered.

Paid for full next day delivery to be used in a game but didn't arrive in time. Will go elsewhere next time

It has been 3 weeks and I haven't received what I ordered

Got woefully sized cricket shoes with no advice on this, I am a size 10.5 trainer in Asics, Nike, NB etc you name it, but in Kookaburra 11 was too small, my toes are pushing on the end. I can't wear this present and with a gap between my wife buying and my next match I have missed the returns window. Which incidentally you would have to pay for anyway. Expensive experience all for nothing.

Poor quality equipment.. Recieved in poor condition.. Overall very disappointed..

You should check products are of a saleable condition before you pass them on to your customers.

Grip on new stick came unravelled after one game in the rain. Complained to Cricket Hockey who suggested I redo the grip myself which I refused (never had this before with a new stick). Sent it back at my expense for them to redo. Came back with the grip not having been taken off and redone properly but just rewound in the opposite direction leaving a bulge and a grip that is not going to last as the direction is wrong. Will not be paying to send it back again - lesson learnt - no more purchases from this shop again and go back to tried and trusted brands. Spent a fair bit of money with them recently too!
