Shop great delivery company terrible

Used tracking. Informed of delays then delivery company bailed for the day before my delivery. Not impressed. On delivery the next day the driver informed me that he had a long way to get home and didn’t have time to finish his round. Not great as I stayed home the day before especially.

Speedy despatch but let down by courier

I paid extra for expedited delivery. Product was despatched on time but arrived 3 days after it should have done. Cricket Hockey must know my delivery was late but haven’t been in touch to apologise or refund my delivery charge.

Wrong item sent

It would have saved time & the hassle if you had of informed me that you did not have the hockey stick I ordered and then let me decide if I wanted the alternative stick. Also the replacement stick was £13 cheaper and NO mention was made of a refund if I had of accepted it... Very poor indeed.

Broken on arrivel

The box arrived heavily damaged and had a large hole in one side, (Had been stepped on imo). Thankfully the product was not damage, I had no choice but to keep it, as my sons birthday was the following day.

In the picture its says made in England with Kashmir willow which is not correct information. Poor quality willow

Clads i received were wrong colour.. i desperately need pink clads,, but received blue! Ive mailed to the given email to try and have this rectified but heard nothing back as of yet?!? On the positive,, clads were received v promptly

No instructions with the bat on how to prepare it for use, or what to do about all the lumpy stickers all over it.

No response to initial website return request

Initially, I completed an online form to advise that the product was damaged. I received no response despite the site saying I’d hear from you within 24 hours. I then managed to find a return form in the order details and have returned the product. I had to pay £10 postage to return the damaged product and am waiting for a refund

Not good customer service

Not good customer service. Website shows things which are available and when customer order those things they are not delivered and reason given was they are not in stock. This has impact on customer shipping charges specially overseas shipping.
