Customer Service second to none

I purchased a bat recently and Crickey-Hockey had the best price of anywhere, considerably better than elsewhere. Our house name has recently changed and this caused problems for DPD who were delivering, they couldn't find the address, then agreed to send it to a locker that was too small, I tried resolving it directly with them to no avail before speaking to Cricket-Hockey.

Leanne was amazing, she was straight on to DPD to resolve and when they still didn't deliver she escalated within and had it delivered on the Saturday. She was even dealing with it whilst moving house! Amazing service
