Overall experience

Although my rating is not five stars. It is base on my personal preference. Buying from overseas and not be able to visit your store, communication via WhatsApp felt more like AI then a real person. I would have loved a bit more personal attention regarding other assessories and options like the cue case for example. Just that little finer detail and warmer touch that makes me feel important to your business and making that difference in experience. Setting the standard.

Great website easy to navigate around it's not always the cheapest but the loyalty programme makes up for it postage is reasonably priced and extremely quick highly recommend for all things hockey in or out of goal
