Have purchased 2 hockey sticks, a cricket bat, balls, gloves and socks for xmas presents for the kids from us and grandparents. The value is always good, the service and delivery also excellent. Massive range of stock and never had any issue with anything. That's five years now of repeat purchasing (can I have a loyalty card before kids get even better....).

Delivery & returns policy

Can’t fault the processing. Orders are delivered quickly and the service is great. But I have lost over £5 in delivery charges (not refunded) and returns. It would help if the delivery and returns policy is clearly written on the website. I would have still ordered, but with the knowledge that in case of a return, delivery charge is not refunded. Not felt cheated like I feel how. If my second order doesn’t fit, I’ll probably give it to someone it fits rather than lose more money in postage.
