I ordered through Cricket Hockey as I was let down by another supplier. My order had not been dispatched for 10 days despite taking my money and my son was due an important trial so needed spikes. I phoned Cricket Hockey at 2pm on Friday explained the situation and they split my order sending the shoes I needed desperately Royal Mail First. Followed by the remaining items in a second parcel. The shoes I required turned up by 12 noon Saturday ready for my sons trial on Sunday. The customer service was fantastic. I actually thought we would not get his spikes but Cricket Hockey made it happen. Will be my first choice every time in the future.

Ordered the wrong size, easy return. Bought another item to replace. This website was the only one I could find on the entire internet that had the size I was after (small adult RH batting pads) in the 50-100£ price range so that’s pretty good I guess!
