Great service when ordering items over the phone...friendly and knowledgeable staff. All the items I bought came the next day. There was an issue with the receipt which took multiple emails to and fro to be sorted out unfortunately

I ordered Gray Nicolls Legend Bat and also ordered few more products separately and they all arrived on time. Weight of Gray Nicolls bat was bit more than I initially thought but I contacted the customer service and they offered the best solution that I could get. This was my first order with the Cricket Hockey but I wasn't expecting a great customer service even physical cricket shop doesn't offer much help after the sales. I would highly recommend Cricket Hockey without a doubt if you want to have peace of mind when ordering online.
