Speedy despatch but let down by courier

I paid extra for expedited delivery. Product was despatched on time but arrived 3 days after it should have done. Cricket Hockey must know my delivery was late but haven’t been in touch to apologise or refund my delivery charge.

I ordered these shin liners and was kept informed of the progress of my order constantly. The liners arrived within 4 days, just in time for my granddaughter’s next training session. Thanks so much!
