Very quick service and lovely people who provide so much help when needed. Delivery came speedy as I needed it for a Saturday game and came before in the same week so I was prepared for my match.

Careless service.

First time I purchase snooker cue they send wrong weight. Second time purchase extension they send wrong product. Complicate process to return. They do not pack any protection for shipping, not even bubble wrap to protect the product.

Great shop fast service but like a said about the extension it shouldn’t have been sent out or should have been reduced in price due to miner damages
