Great staff, service, product and delivery.

As I couldn't make it to the shop, I wanted to see the faces of the bat before purchasing. The guys at Cricket-Hockey were extremely helpful, sending me images of the bat making it easy to be confident in your purchase. The only note for improvement was that the bat could have been bubble wrapped more, the outer box had sustained some damage in transit, and some more wrap would protect it more, fortunately, no damage was sustained. Delivery time however was awesome. Free next day, can't be bad.

They shipped very fast. One criticism they declared the £119 for the bat which is price including UK taxes, shouldnt it have been the £100 which is the price we paid as international buyers excluding uk taxes

Not original

Ordered a Kookaburra snake grip and received the item pretty quickly. The grip looks okay but is not original kookaburra snake grip for sure and has no logo.

Good customer service

Customer service when I needed to get a refund on my order was quite slow but fair. Contacting the team took slightly longer than expected. I would've preferred them to just send a replacement pair of gloves in the range up but had to purchase them myself.
