Service is top notch

Ordering online from my computer was super easy, however I had previously tried to do so from my phone which just didn't work when trying to check out. Possibly a browser issue with the phone but I've docked half a mark accordingly.

Great customer care

Huge range of sticks and very much enjoyed being able to sample a massive variety when i visited the store before ordering online. Also very competitive on pricing. Only thing for me was that i had to gamble on which stick i was going to be able to drag flick best with due to the limited space to play with it in the store. Space to explore those sorts of skills would take this to 5 stars everyday.

Good inventory system

No problem with the delivery of the goods. My only problem was being charged an extra £5.99 for delivery. I queried this with a gentleman at Cricket & Hockey within a couple of days of it being taken from my account, and he said I would get a refund as I had spent over £75 and that this was an offer running at that time.
