After several attempts to find this helmet in stock for my son, this company restored my faith in online sports retailers. There are many online cricket shops who don’t hold stock but order from brands for individual customer orders. Cricket- Hockey took the time to speak to staff in their warehouse to provide assurances that the item I had tried to had to get was in stock. The helmet was dispatched quickly and was in good order on arrival. In terms of customer service I am not sure what more I could expect in the circumstances. Thank you

Service and delivery

The service of Kiki is really good. They have every currency so if you’re getting it from a different country, you can change the settings to the currency that you’re in and the delivery is really good because whatever date they tell you on the website it would most likely come that day and just overall their support really helps when making a final decision or just figuring out your shoe size.
