Great service - Problem picked up before I knew!

Sometimes, problems happen. Cricket-Hockey discovered that two orders had been mixed up and delivered to the wrong customers. They called me before I had received the delivery. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently and a free cricket ball was added to the order. Thank you!

The cue did arrive promptly but the Ferrell is not straight bit of wood not flush with the Ferrell..so had to pay someone rather than send it back and save the hassle..will not order or recommend
