Excellent customer service

I would like to thank Cricket-Hockey shop for their swift reply and customer service support they provided me.
Even though as per their return policy it was more than 6 months I bought the bat, they considered my circumstances as I used the bat only 3 months and to be fair it is quite expensive bat.
I am very grateful to Cricket Hockey shop’s customer care and service.
Many thanks
