Items cancelled without notice

I had a pair of gloves on the order but the order was shipped without the gloves. I paid 30 pounds for shipping and even upon expressing the concern that i will now need to pay for shipping again for just one item i did not get any response on it. This has certainly dented my confidence on purchasing from cricket-hockey.com.
