Sizing

I felt like I ordered a large set of pads but received mediums - the mediums are ok in the end but would have been good to receive the correct item and avoid potential returns, etc.

Delivery problems

Normally I have no issues but I ordered products and paid for Next Day delivery but the items are still not with me two days later - problems with DPD!?! Supposed to be delivering tomorrow - day 3 but don’t hold much hope! Disappointing

Poor website

Bought socks after only given the sizing options of small, medium or large. Ordered a pair but when delivered found they were too small. Annoyingly the socks had the actual size e.g. 38-42 on them. If this had been on the website I could have ordered the right size, not wasting my money on pointless delivery and all the other associated costs related to it.

Very happy with shoes despite the fact that a pair of size 3 were sent in a size 6 box initially. Replacement pair arrived eventually but after my Grandson's birthday.

Only ordered and viewed online merchandise. Hard to give a true star rating as never went into the store. Great online service though.

Spikes purchased

I was disappointed with the import tax that I had to pay at customs. It was a hidden cost that was not mentioned anywhere. But the service and delivery time was 100 %
