Excellent service and timely delivery

Always swift delivery and well packaged

The kit was delivered quickly and I have no complaints of the service or the timing.

We’ve been customers of Cricket Hockey for over five years and have always been really happy with the service and delivery. Our first visit to the shop was over five years ago, when our son was 10 years of age and needed to be fitted for his first OBO goalkeeper kit. The team were incredibly helpful and made sure everything was right for him.

Since then, as he has grown and progressed with his hockey, including progressing into Talent Academy, all of our subsequent orders have been placed online. The website is easy to use and makes it straightforward to find what we need as his equipment changes. Whenever we’re unsure about sizing or need a bit of advice, the team are also available on WhatsApp and are always helpful and knowledgeable, which makes ordering online much easier.

More recently, when our daughter had a growth spurt and needed to move up to new outfield hockey kit, we turned to Cricket Hockey again for our first outfield kit order. We’ve been really happy with the range available and the advice we received when choosing her new equipment.

Delivery has also been consistently reliable. Cricket Hockey’s partnership with DPD means our orders arrive promptly, with good tracking and reliable delivery. It’s reassuring to have a hockey shop we’ve been able to rely on for both our children’s equipment over the years, whether we’re visiting the shop or ordering online

Great price, great communication and fast delivery. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone - you won’t be disappointed !!

I find the website a bit difficult when making orders. Otherwise delivery is prompt and accurate and has never failed on my many orders. The staff are also polite, knowledgeable and patient when I ring to ask for help, Thank You!

We regularly come in for cricket and hockey things and enjoy exploring the measures we might find. The staff are always helpful and supportive without trying to sell you things.

Selected standard delivery but arrived within a couple of days which was amazing!
