I\'m not sure, if they sent someone in flight right after the order to me. I placed my order on 30th March, I was supposed to receive the delivery by 6th April, I don\'t how and why, the T66T ball feeder was in my apartment on 1st April and I live in Germany. Did you try to pull a prank me on April fool\'s day? Anyways it did work out! Beside, the delivery, best price I could find on UK market. Although I had to pay some taxes to the Customs Office in Germany, thanks to BREXIT, it was still reasonable price compared to others. The product is super, no complaints there.
My only suggestion for you, for non UK customers or let\'s say for customer in the EU, it would be nice, if you could state a short disclaimer that the customer should expect a certain amount of VAT in their home countries.
