Great customer service

My original order didn’t turn up and I contacted them on WhatsApp in the evening and had a reply an hour later. They resent the skort I ordered and as they didn’t have the socks I ordered they sent a different one. I have previously bought from the shop and had the same excellent customer service in store.

Y1 MB 70 Hockey Stick

I was introduced to Cricket-Hockey by a friend, who had previously purchase a stick from them. The whole process of purchasing the stick was very easy, the price was better than I had seen elsewhere and the notification process gave me much confidence in there service. Even with the disruption of the Postal Service strikes my stick arrived within 6days of my order which meant I had it ready for my next game.
Although I did experience a slight problem with the manufacture of the stick, their responses to my emails and their attitude to resolving the problem were both speedy and positive, from which I have taken much confidence that my issue will be resolved.
