Service was good on my cricket bat, price was cheaper than anywhere else and i live locally so wanted to purchase of you. I also use you for my hockey equipment. The only criticism i would have is not having an option of buying the bat knocked in, i have been knocking it in for 2 weeks now and its still not quite there. Other than that i think you did a great job :)

Returns policy

The returns policy isnt the best most shops have free returns where as here you have to pay to return your item. Other that that it was good.

Good Overall But.

Easy to navigate website. Purchase process smooth. Delivery on time as promised. Now for the But part. A package consisting of different boxes taped together with masking tape may be practically convinient but does not inspire confidence in the business. A lack of attention to detail. Overall still good and positive shopping experience.

Worth looking at

Good prices and appear to offer good service should it be needed. Only problem I had was with DPD as they didn't send me a code to collect my package where I asked it to be and had to go to the shop I'd requested them to leave it at a couple of times to see if it had arrived but did get it eventually. Have recommended to family and friends. Bought cricket gear this time but shall look here again if I need any more kit for cricket or hockey
