Would have been 5/5 had it arrived quicker with a prepaid postage free return if needed, but an acceptable delivery date was achieved.

Great selection of product and reasonably priced

Good selection of cricket bat and reasonable price. Only thing I would like to comment is that it would be better for customer to see the photographs of what they are buying when it comes to bats.

User friendly but not a massive choice of colours

The shop was easy to navigate around and we selected and paid for our product very quickly. However, the range of mouthguards suitable for anyone wearing a brace was very limited - in fact we could only find 2 colour choices.

Service was quick. I had to order another pair because the first pair was too small. When I went to return the first pair, UPD told me it was $220 and that if I used DHL it would be $60. Sonat this point I kept the too small pair b/c it was cheaper to do that then return- is there a better way to return?
