Returns

I was issued with a credit note not given a refund for the jumper that was too big. The sizing is very difficult to work out in the website hence I ordered a jumper that was enormous.

Delivery longer than expected

The shirt is great but the delivery suggested it would be here a week before it actually arrived, which made the gift late. I wouldn’t have ordered if it wasn’t for the delivery date being within the timescale I needed.

Great Company but disappointed in delivery cost

While I will continue to use this company. I find it frustrating that the despite living in one of the most populated areas of Scotland we have to pay delivery on items over £75.

After sales issues

Great service when ordering items over the phone...friendly and knowledgeable staff. All the items I bought came the next day. There was an issue with the receipt which took multiple emails to and fro to be sorted out unfortunately

Delivery & returns policy

Can’t fault the processing. Orders are delivered quickly and the service is great. But I have lost over £5 in delivery charges (not refunded) and returns. It would help if the delivery and returns policy is clearly written on the website. I would have still ordered, but with the knowledge that in case of a return, delivery charge is not refunded. Not felt cheated like I feel how. If my second order doesn’t fit, I’ll probably give it to someone it fits rather than lose more money in postage.
