Great shop fast service but like a said about the extension it shouldn’t have been sent out or should have been reduced in price due to miner damages

Overall experience

Although my rating is not five stars. It is base on my personal preference. Buying from overseas and not be able to visit your store, communication via WhatsApp felt more like AI then a real person. I would have loved a bit more personal attention regarding other assessories and options like the cue case for example. Just that little finer detail and warmer touch that makes me feel important to your business and making that difference in experience. Setting the standard.

Fast and helpful replying

Fast and helpful at replying I think the only thing that was of slight concern was the packaging of the items could have been a bit better. Other than that they reply quickly and tell you everything you need to know

Some delays

Had some issues, some down to the bad weather other down to DPD misplacing the item and finding at another hub, not a reflection on Cricket-Hockey but reflection of delviery

Simple, easy service

The website is easy to navigate with a variety of options. Email updates on progress of your order are helpful, however returns procedure can be quite challenging if you have little time to return. Apart from this excellent service and helpful WhatsApp support function.

The shop sent me some pictures and weights of the actual bats which was very helpful and reassuring when buying online. I didn’t actually get sent the bat I selected from the photos - but it was a nice bat all the same!
