They use DPD so for 5 days I got a delivery notice and the a delivery sorry we missed you, even though I was at home. I contacted Cricket-Hockey customer care who couldn’t care less and said wait to see what happens tomorrow (the day my son needed the kit). Next day same story and no help from Cricket-Hockey so I had to get delivery to the post office the next day. All extremely frustrating and inconvenient with no help from Cricket-Hockey.
