This is great fir goalie training. Need to add weight/sander bags to the tripod legs ro help with stability.

The speed generated is low, but expected for the price. We use this for primary school aged children so that element is fine. The build quality was somewhat poor though and one of the plastic knobs broke in the first outing and there are gaps in the joins of the plastic casing.
