So Nike first attempt at the hockey stick market ! ..........pretty darn good. It is a stick designed for the modern game, for the player who likes to do it all, from backhands , 3D, Aerial play, deceptive passing to drag flicking. A stick which screams, i want to play, i want to make things happen! Pretty sure it is a unique mould, with design elements different from all other Stick brands so kudos to the Nike team. It seems to have been able to combine all the elements into one. The power is full on with a new design power bar in the form of a trapezoid and the feel is sharp and crisp (Soft right hand required), but to be fair it has only been played so far in the extreme hostile british winter to date and I am still loving it. My only gripe ..... the default grip it comes with is awful and i don't say that lightly ! The only element preventing a 10/10 rating but then again i am sure most players who invest into this level of stick will change/overlay the grip so not a deterrent in the purchasing decision.
