The Mizuno Wave Leopardus is a field hockey shoe built for speed-focused players who want to move faster and react quicker on the pitch.
Mizuno's speed model for field hockey, the Wave Leopardus combines a strong structural upper with a propulsive outsole pattern designed to get players moving with urgency. The innovative bootie construction uses a separated stretch inner and outer layer that wraps closely around the contour of the foot, delivering an exceptionally secure and adaptive fit.
In the midsole, a combination of PoWnCe and Mizuno Enerzy materials works together to provide excellent softness, energy return and responsiveness underfoot. Mizuno's signature Wave technology disperses impact at foot strike for dynamic cushioning and stability without adding unnecessary bulk. The D-Flex Groove sole supports natural acceleration, while a specifically engineered diagonal groove in the midfoot area helps players transfer body movement efficiently when turning at speed.
