British designed and manufactured single shell protection, providing an affordable and lightweight helmet for the cricketer that prefers the old style, traditional Masuri helmet over the new, high tech Vision Series range.
Masuri combines modern manufacturing techniques and the latest technology in plastics, along with Masuri's traditional DNA in order to bring back the Original Series range. This was a favourite for many years with international players all over the world including; Brian Lara, Jaques Kallis, Brendon McCullum, Matthew Hayden and many more! Obviously, all new safety requirements are met and surpassed, as one would expect from Masuri.
The Original Series MKII utilises the soft cell foam front and back liners to contour to your head shape, ensuring a snug fit every time without the need for a cumbersome adjustor.

The helmet looks good and sturdy, the only grouse is that it doesn\'t come with the rear size adjustment. The size that I ordered should ideally have had a little room since my childs head circumference was on the lower side of the size range shown on the site but in reality it feels that the helmet won\'t be able to take any increase in head size

Solid fit and gives a great protective feeling. The new model has a shell that goes a bit further down the back of the head which is great for extra protection. However, less so for wicketkeeping as when you are standing up, your neck pushes and tilts the shell forward a bit. But that's not the end of the world. Minor adjustment in your stance can fix that :)
