Gryphon Atomic DII G24 Hockey Stick (2024/25)
The Gryphon Atomic DII G24 is a mid-to-upper range field hockey stick built for players who want a combination of powerful striking and polished ball control. The Deuce-II (DII) head shape is designed to support dynamic, wider-angled and 3D ball movement, making it well suited to flicking, overhead passes and backhand play. For best results with this shape, the stick should be held with hands higher, keeping it more angled to the ground on the backhand to make proper use of the edge. The regular head further supports clean ball control.
Construction uses a blend of carbon, fibreglass and aramid. Gryphon rates the stick at 60CQ on their Carbon Quotient scale, which they use as an indicative measure of stiffness relative to standard carbon percentage figures.
