Gray-Nicolls Shockwave 2.0 Thunder Junior Cricket Bat (2025)
The Gray-Nicolls Shockwave 2.0 Thunder is a Kashmir willow junior cricket bat suited to younger players developing their game, particularly those playing soft-ball cricket.
Built from Kashmir willow, the Shockwave 2.0 Thunder is handcrafted with a mid to low sweet spot, giving young batters a good blend of power and control through their shots. The concave profile and pronounced bow help with pick-up and manoeuvrability, while thick edges and a generous hitting area support solid power transfer. A semi-oval handle rounds things off, providing a comfortable grip and improved control at the crease.
Please note: Kashmir willow is well suited to soft-ball cricket. For regular hard-ball play, an English willow bat is strongly recommended, as it offers greater durability and performance over time.
- Willow: Kashmir willow
- Sweet spot: Mid to low
