Delivery Times

Order by 2pm (UK Time) on Mondays-Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) and your order will be dispatched the same day. As soon as you enter your delivery address at the checkout, you will be presented with a range of delivery options and costs, which will vary depending on your delivery address, the size and weight of the products you have ordered and the order value. Below is a guide to delivery times depending on your location. For UK Highlands, Islands & Northern Island, add 1 extra working day to the below estimates:

Medium Sized Items - Up to 17KG in Weight, 90cm in length

Next Day Delivery

If you place your order by 2pm (Mon-Fri), we can also guarantee the following options:

Next Working Day Delivery - £5.99 (note, weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days)

FREE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY ON UK MAINLAND ORDERS OVER £150 (less than 1.2m in length)

If you order after 2pm on a Friday, then your order will not be dispatched until Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday.

SATURDAY DELIVERY

We can't offer a 100% guaranteed Saturday delivery service, but if you order by 2pm on a Friday and select Royal Mail 1st Class then there is a 95% chance that it will be delivered on Saturday if you live on the UK mainland.

£5.99 per order. Please allow around 2-3 working days for delivery. Next Day delivery is not available.

CHANNEL ISLANDS:

£7.99 per order. Please allow around 2-3 working days for delivery. Next Day delivery is not available. VAT will not be charged on your order.

EUROPE & REST OF WORLD:

The cost for delivery outside of the UK is calculated automatically at the checkout depending on the weight of your order. Once you select your Country from the drop down box, the delivery option and cost will appear.

All orders are sent by DHL Express and normally take around 3-5 working days from the time of dispatch.

If you would like to place an order from a country not listed at the checkout, please email us with details of what you would like to order and we will get back to you with a quote for shipping.

UK tax (at 20%) will automatically be deducted from International orders as soon as you enter your address at the checkout. We take care of all taxes and import duties so no further payment prior to delivery will be needed. The final price you see at the checkout is the total you will need to pay.

Unused Items

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (underwear is excluded for hygiene reasons if worn). Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, although we will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In this case, please contact us first so we can send you a free return label.

If you need to return an item, simply complete the returns form which will be included in your delivery. You can download another one here if you don't have it. We aim to refund all returns within 48 hours of receipt. You should allow roughly 2-3 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty Items

All goods come with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has developed a fault within this period, please click here for advise on what to do.
