DSC Intense 2000 Cricket Bat (2023)
The DSC Intense is an English willow cricket bat crafted for batters who want a traditional feel combined with a profile built for power hitting.
Constructed around a traditional full blade profile, the Intense features DSC's Powerarc bow face profile and a flowing contoured spine that gives the bat a lively, responsive feel through the air. The traditional blade design creates a dynamic sweet spot positioned mid to low on the blade, which suits players who like to get on the back foot and hit through the line. Subtle concaving through the body keeps the pick-up feeling lighter than the bat's dimensions might suggest, helping with bat speed and shot placement. The treble-spring handle, measuring 295mm in length, absorbs vibration effectively and provides a comfortable, controlled grip during longer innings.
A solid choice for club and recreational cricketers looking for a well-rounded bat with a classic shape and genuine hitting power.
