Balling Alter/2 Backpack - Taupe (2026/27)

The Balling Alter/2 Backpack in Taupe is a structured, waterproof hockey backpack built for players who need their kit to work as hard off the pitch as it does on it, whether that's commuting to training, heading to school, or travelling to a tournament.

At 26 litres, the Alter/2 offers a generous main compartment that holds a full session's worth of gear without losing its shape under load. The waterproof 300D/TPU shell keeps everything inside dry whatever the weather, while the reinforced structure means it stays upright and tidy even when packed to the brim. A padded laptop compartment gives tech-carrying players peace of mind, and the hidden pocket keeps valuables tucked safely out of sight.

Practicality is built into every pocket. The expandable footwear compartment separates muddy boots or astro shoes from clean kit, a detail any regular hockey player will appreciate, and the lateral stick holder system means the stick travels securely on the outside, freeing up space inside for everything else. In a warm, earthy taupe colourway that works just as well on the high street as at the hockey club, this bag is a genuinely versatile carry for the modern player.
