We chose the Adidas Hockey OD Zebra Glove because the zebra design has a lovely personal connection for her — her middle name means zebra! She was absolutely thrilled to have something in her hockey kit that felt a little bit personal to her.
She has quite slender hands and, when we measured her, she was at the top end of the XS sizing. We opted for a Small as we wanted something she could continue using as she grows. The open-palm design means she can really feel the stick, while the Velcro fastening allows her to tighten the glove securely around her wrist. She also likes that her palm doesn’t get too sweaty.
Most importantly, it gives her the protection and confidence to get stuck into the game without worrying about her hand. She can play hard, strike confidently and still have a bit of personality in her kit
