To find your recommended pad size, measure in a straight line from the centre of the knee cap down to the instep (where the toungue of your shoe sits). The size guide below acts as a reference only as there may be small differences between different brands. We recommend trying pads on before purchasing if possible.

These are really comfy, stay secure round my legs when running. I'm 5ft 2\" and the knee guide is just above my knee but still comfy and a smaller size wouldn't have been as comfortable.
