If you place an order by 2pm (Mon-Fri) for an item which is in stock, we will dispatch it the same day. You will be able to select the speed of your delivery at the checkout and prices vary according to the weight of your order, which will be calculated automatically. SATURDAY DELIVERY

We don't offer a guaranteed Saturday delivery but if you order by 2pm on a Friday and select Royal Mail 1st Class, then there is a 95% chance that it will be delivered on Saturday if you live on the UK mainland.

Delivery Information - Channel Islands

£4.99 per order. Please allow around 2-3 working days for delivery. Next Day delivery is not available. VAT will not be charged on your order.

Delivery Information - Europe & Rest of World

The cost for delivery outside of the UK is calculated automatically at the checkout depending on the weight of your order. Once you select your Country from the drop down box, the delivery option and cost will appear.

International orders under 1KG are sent by a tracked delivery service and normally take around 1 week from the time of dispatch. Orders over 1KG are sent by DHL Express and normally take around 3-5 working days from the time of dispatch.

If you would like to place an order from a country not listed at the checkout, please email us with details of what you would like to order and we will get back to you with a quote for shipping.

UK tax (at 20%) will automatically be deducted from International orders as soon as you enter your address at the checkout but your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties. This varies from country to country. We are not liable for these charges and they are the full responsibility of the customer. Should these duties not be paid then your order will be returned to us and we will issue a refund less any postage costs involved in returning the parcel to us.

Unused Items

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (underwear is excluded for hygiene reasons if worn). Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, unless you paid by PayPal in the UK, in which case you can claim free return postage through your PayPal account. Click here to sign up to PayPal Returns. We will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In this case, please contact us first so we can send you a free return label.

If you need to return an item, simply complete the returns form which will be included in your delivery. You can download another one here if you don't have it. We aim to refund all returns within 48 hours of receipt. You should allow roughly 2-3 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty Items

All goods come with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has developed a fault within this period, please click here for advise on what to do.
