NEW ITEMS - WRONG SIZE, OR YOU'VE CHANGED YOUR MIND

You may return any unused items to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Just complete a return forms which you can download by going to https://www.cricket-hockey.com/returns.pdf. If you don't have a printer, then please just send your return back to us and as long as you include a note of your order number and the reason for the return, we will be able to refund you.

Please note, we do not issue exchanges as stock is constantly changes, so the size you require may well be sold out by the time we receive your return. If you would like an alternative size, just order it on our website and we will get it straight out to you.

If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, please contact us so we can resolve this for you.

USED ITEMS - IF YOU BELIEVE A FAULT HAS DEVELOPED

If you believe your item has developed a fault within 6 months of your purchase date, please click here and complete the form. If it is found to be faulty, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or a discount if you would prefer to keep it. If we can't repair or replace it, then you are entitled to a refund. This does not apply to items damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse, or if you've simply changed your mind. Items purchased after 6 months will be outside of the manufacturers warranty and cannot be returned.
