Gray Nicolls has a renowned history for being one of the most prolific manufacturers of bats. Many Cricketing legends have made Cricket history whilst using a Gray Nicolls Bat.
Gray Nicolls was established in the 1940s, and in the subsequent decades went from strength to strength, with at one point the captains of all 5 test match playing countries using a Gray Nicolls Cricket Bat. In the 1970s Gray Nicolls set the trend with coloured labelling on the cricket bat, and by the 1990s had expanded into a new premises at Robertsbridge.
The new Millennium saw the introduction their unique Carbon & Titanium handles. Successive England Captain's Michael Atherton & Nasser Hussain proudly used Gray-Nicolls throughout their careers. More runs were scored with Gray-Nicolls bats than any other brand in the 2003 World Cup. Andrew Strauss, Matt Hayden, Mohammed Yousaf, Ram Sarwan and Daniel Vettori are all set to represent Gray-Nicolls into the future.
