TK have just launched two new late bow hockey sticks called the Xtreme 1 and Xtreme 2. The
Xtreme series features a new ultra late bow shape, placing the optimum
point of the bow as late on the stick as possible. This shape offers
the maximum level of assistance possible to the performance of drag
flicking and aerial skills. The extra late position channels the
momentum of the drag flick action to a snapshot moment of release to
generate greater power and assist lifting the ball. The curve also
allows the player to easily gain the elevation on the ball needed to
lift passes down the field.
The 2009/10 Gryphon hockey range is now available to order. All Gryphon Hockey Sticks feature new graphics for this year and there has also been some good additions to their protection range, espeically the new Paw V2 Glove and Anatomic Pro Shinguards.

represents a huge leap forward in product development and PUMA®’s environmental
responsibility. The benefits are great; product is of a much higher quality and
weight is significantly reduced. PVC has
traditionally been used in the production of cricket equipment because of its
low cost and high durability. Everything from bat labels to the facing of
batting pads and gloves has historically used PVC in their construction. However PVC is difficult to manufacture and
hard to dispose of because of its chlorine content. Many environmental groups
also advise against its use in consumer goods because of its harmful impact on
the environment.
